• Warranties vary by computer.

• Some parts have longer warranties than others.

• A warranty is provided with your reciept, or by request.

• Estimated dates for computer shipping/ ready to be received are only estimates and are not hard-set dates.

• Computer components may be out of stock.

• You will have an estimate, computers actually usually come before the shipping estimate but it may vary.

We only accept returns for 2 reasons: 

1. A computer or a part of the computer broke and is covered under warranty.

2. The computer arrived damaged, and you can prove so.

You will receive a receipt proving purchase with your order. This receipt will come within 24 hours of a purchase. Records of transactions will be stored in a secure, private document.
